Why We Exist
Founded for one rider. Run for thousands.
Straightway began with a single need inside our own family: a grandmother who deserved more than a ride — she deserved an escort. Someone trained, trusted, and patient enough to walk her from her door, through the lobby, to the chair, and home again. We built that service because it didn't exist. Then we built a company around it.
Today we serve managed-care members across New Jersey as a contracted transportation provider, with a focus on the riders who need us most: recurring dialysis patients on standing schedules, ambulatory riders, and door-to-door assist members who need a driver who gets out of the vehicle.

No clearance, no wheel.
We run Straightway like a unit. Every driver is credentialed before dispatch and re-verified continuously — and our systems enforce it automatically. A driver who falls out of compliance cannot log in, cannot be dispatched, and cannot be paid.
Credentialed Drivers
Background checks, fingerprinting, drug screening, and jurisdiction-specific clearance for every driver in every market — synced to dispatch twice daily.
Verified Identity
Document-verified driver and rider identity in every chapter, using each jurisdiction's national standard.
Privacy by Design
Rider health information is separated by jurisdiction, encrypted in backup, and never shared across markets. HIPAA-clean communications are standard procedure.
